2017 YEAR END REPORT
Dear Ministry Friends and Partner,
With 2017 almost in our past, it has once again been a truly amazing year for Western Harvest Ministries and our outreaches. The Lord certainly leads us as we simply focused on our mission, to impact lives with God’s unconditional love and the power of his uncompromised word. We firmly believe that when the lost and hurting are presented with an opportunity to hear and see the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ they and excited to learn that his desire is for a personal relationship rather than a religious set of rules and regulations.
Our passion is to see lives impacted, not only by a one-time event, meeting or conference but to also see them become strong and mature in their Christian walk. By learning to live by Biblical convictions and Godly principles they can truly be set free and produce much fruit in their lives as the Lord originally designed for all his children.
I know without a doubt that this passion is from our loving Heavenly Father and as our family and ministry leadership has over the years, totally committed to both live for and to serve our father with all our hearts, he has always provided the necessary means to fulfill our calling. We are always so grateful each year as we have the opportunity to look back at some of the incredible things the Lord did. Not only in the lives of the ones we have been allowed to minister to, but also in our own lives as well.
I would like to take the next few moments to share with you just what kind of impact and exposure Western Harvest Ministries is having as we traveled throughout 2017. Please keep in mind that as a 501 C/3 non-profit the following engagements would not be possible without your faithful prayers and financial support. Your obedience and commitment in partnering with us to reach the world is so humbly appreciated and we diligently pray for all of our partners to be greatly blessed in their lives both in their personal and their work/ministries.
I once heard Oral Roberts share that if you could fulfill your ministry vision by yourself, you might need to recheck your vision and make sure its from the Lord. So over the years our vision has always been bigger than we could ever reach by ourselves. The Lord has so graciously aligned us with like-minded partners that allow us to go forth into all of the places that God has prepared for us to go, filled with many youth, young adults and western families.
The following is a general overview of the many different events and organizations that allowed us to minister:
*Christian Media Association National Media Summit, Dallas, Texas-Served as a panelist and ran a booth for our ministry for 3 days.
*Gave young cowboys and cowgirls periodic work throughout the year at our Weatherford, Texas ranch.
*Wrangler Gold Card Reunion Las Vegas, Nevada- Gave the Invocation Prayer and MC-ed the Celebration of Life list.
*Television Show Interview on RFDTV- “Special Cowboy Moments” in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will air soon.
*Western Harvest Cowboy Fellowship Service- Las Vegas, Nevada at The Orleans Hotel during the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.
*Full Page Article/Interview in the Nationally Known “Rodeo Fame” Magazine.
*West Texas “Men of Courage” Men’s Expo San Angelo, Texas- Spur Coliseum with over 500 men. I served as the Key Note Speaker.

*Old Fort Day’s Rodeo- Fort Smith Arkansas Pro Rodeo Chaplin for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Chapter. This was a 1 week long event in which I gave opening prayer to crowds of over 6,000 and had a hospitality ministry room to serve the fans, contestants and rodeo committee/ rodeo sponsors. (2018 will host a cowboy church service for the local sponsors and rodeo committee.)
*Open Range Cowboy Church- Ozark, Arkansas- Special guest Minister.
*Top Hand Men’s Conference- Granbury, Texas. I ministered for a one hour session and had a ministry product table.
*The Country Network- Fort Worth Open House-I was a Celebrity Guest in their television studio’s grand opening.
*40th Annual “DFW Airport Interfaith Luncheon”-Dallas, Texas. I gave the invocation Prayer and was asked back to serve in the 2018 men’s breakfast as a keynote speaker.
*Second Chance Cowboy Church- Clyde, Texas. The movie, “Nail 32” movie night.
*Second Chance Cowboy Church- Clyde, Texas. Special guest Minister.
*“The American” Rodeo-Arlington, Texas. Blessed a few youth with tickets to the event at ATT Stadium.
*River of Life Cowboy Church- Bridgeport, Texas. Special guest Minister for their first opening service.
*Children’s Advocacy Center, Cleburne, Texas. I Produced a kid’s stick horse rodeo with bucking simulators and our life size bull mascot. Around 200 kids participated.
*Children’s Advocacy Center, Alvarado, Texas. MC-ed the Annual Gala Dinner and Donated auction items. 800 people attended.
*Gun Barrel City Church …Gun Barrel City, Texas- Premier showing of the movie, “Nail 32” followed by time of ministry.
*“Bull Bash” of The Texoma Cowboy Church-Wichita Falls Texas. Guest speaker in the arena.
*Full Gospel Business Men’s Meeting-Los Colinas, Texas. I shared my testimony at the Sheridan Hotel. It was videoed and used on the web site internationally. They have a national convention in Atlanta in which my name was suggested as a possible future speaker.

*Triple S Cowboy Church-Palestine, Texas. I was a special guest Minister
*10TH Annual Sky Ranch Gala and Fundraising Banquet …Dallas, TX …Angel and I were Celebrity Guests donating our time and auction items.
*Served as a Guest speaker in Paris, Texas.
*Officiated at the funeral of Mrs. Laurelle Morris in Azle , Texas.
*Officiated the Martha Bearden Wedding in Millsap, Texas.
*Served as Interim Pastor of the Countryside Cowboy Church in Grandview, Texas.
*Benefit Cancer Bull Riding-Fort Worth, Texas. Special guest Minister. Made auction donations.
*More Than A Conquer-er Men’s Conference. Bridgeport, Texas- River of Life Cowboy Church Ministered for a 1 hour session.
*7th Annual Conquering the Beast Charity Golf Classic- Fort Worth, Texas. Diamond Oaks Country Club. Radio promotions, joined multiple Chamber of Commerce’s, had 68 players with many other rodeo champions in attendance.
*God Stock Extreme Ministry Outreach-Hastings, Oklahoma. Special guest Minister (Event was Rescheduled.)
*Messianic Jewish Bible Institute Fall Banquet. Arlington, Texas. Arlington Convention Center. Served as a Celebrity Guest.
*Rugged Cross Cowboy Church- Magnolia, Arkansas. Special Camp meeting- Guest Speaker, Ministered for 2 services.
*Alpha Lion’s Den Ministries- Derry, Pennsylvania. Special guest Minister.
*Crossing Paths Ministry Annual Minister’s Dinner- New Castle, Pennsylvania. Special guest speaker.

Personal Events
*Took 2 trips with our new (to us) fifth wheel camper to Perrin, Texas and Canton, Texas.
*Fixed home roof.
*Scott and Kaden Roped together at a few events.
*Our family participated in the 4th Annual Quintana Ranch Branding in Sunset, Texas.
