On behalf of Western Harvest Ministries, I would like to inform you about our annual fundraising event. The 1ST Place team will be awarded custom made Championship Belt Buckles. There will be fun contests, door prizes, silent auction, and many great raffle items to be won.

Your support is greatly appreciated and will help Western Harvest Ministries’ local outreach efforts and aid in building and maintaining our Ministry Ranch in Weatherford, Texas. It is our vision and mission to reach lost and hurting youth and their families in Tarrant, Parker, and Wise counties with a message of hope and God’s unconditional love. And assisting then in “Conquering the Beast” in their own lives.

  • Registration at 12:00pm
  • Shotgun start at 1:00pm

Event Format:

  • 4 Man Texas Scramble
  • Entry includes: golf cart, driving range balls, on-course beverages & contest prizes
  • Lunch will be provided after the tournament.
  • Teams of 4 only …individual players need to sign up early and will be placed on a team

About Western Harvest Ministries:

As many of you already know Western Harvest Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit origination that is currently in the process of building our headquarters’ ministry ranch in Weatherford, Texas. The primary mission of Western Harvest Ministries is to serve our local youth, families and community with a safe and Christ centered facility that will help build stronger lives in the western world. We feel led by the Lord to make a difference in as many lives as possible, and so we are diligently moving forward toward see our God given vision come to pass.

Our “Conquering the Beast” youth outreach program continues booking events and programs that will have an impact on our community and its youth. Things like Christian youth concerts, bull riding training clinics, ministry conferences, and many media projects that will build and strengthen individuals and families alike.

The ministry development is a very big undertaking and our success will be dependent on our obedience to the Lord’s leading, and ALL of us working hard together with a specific goal in our sights. That goal is for us to minister God’s unconditional love and grace to as many young people as possible and fill them with the knowledge of who they are in Christ. We define this as our motto…”Building Champions – In and Out of the Arena” and you too can help them to ‘Conquer the Beast” in their own lives….

We respectfully ask for your prayers and support and ask the Lord what your part will be in helping us develop this much needed and exciting ministry. Even if you can’t help us financially you can still join us in praying for us and volunteering your time or talents in some way or fashion.
